How much is your service?
Our rates start at $49.00 a month. We do bill by the month, and will be to your swimming pool every week during that month. When you think about how much time it would take you to clean your Swimming pool, get chemicals and accurately distribute them in your pool, this is a real bargin!

Your pool needs weekly service to maintain a healthy balance in the pool, to be able to swim without worry of damage that may be done by inexperience and to help protect the finish of the pool. We are the professionals!!

Do you add water to my pool?
We will add water if needed to the pool only during the time that we are servicing your pool. At times we may notice that you have a leak in your pool and are loosing too much water. We work closely with a very qualified leak detection company that is efficient in locating these sometimes hard to find leaks. We do appreciate homeowner participation in adding water.

How often should my pool filter be cleaned?
Your pool filter should be cleaned once a month and/or when the filter pressure raises 12 lbs from the clean run pressure. Please note that the filter is meant to collect debris and that is its job. We monitor the filter and clean as needed.

My lawn man makes a mess of my pool, can you help me with this situation?
We are aware that this can be upsetting to a homeowner. We work closely with customers to get on a schedule after your lawn maintenance company comes. Unfortunately, we can not always promise that if the lawn company does not stick to the schedule, we will always be able to follow them.

How do you handle cleaning my pool during a holiday?
When a holiday falls on a weekday, we work the Saturday before or the Saturday after to make up for the missed service on the holiday.
